Place was clean, everything was perfect. Loved a pull out couch and an iron in the room. The staff was always available, providing a friendly service. The breakfast was good hot, especially cereal, muffins, cookies, yogurt, and fruit, the best I've ever had. The hotel was in a central location to a shopping center. Also, main attraction such as Guns & Roses Statue was 1 mile from this venue.

The hotel was fairly clean, there were very attentive and highly courteous staff and warm breakfasts. The first day we arrived the staff was always available and treated with great service. The venue had excellent location so close to restaurants, CVS drug store, natural foods grocery, Chinese food, and taxi. Furthermore, to attractions & downtown.

The room was pet-friendly and reasonably priced with a pull out couch, a writing desk, and an iron.
Spacious rooms, warm breakfast. Location - favourable, close enough to restaurants as well as downtown and back.

Rave about the succulent ribs at local eateries and the unforgettable culinary discoveries. The friendly staff and cozy gas fire pit at The Country added a warm touch. Cleanliness and newness added to the charm of the stay.
While the location was central, navigating the tangle of roads and highways posed a challenge. The shower experience left a chill, with dirty floors and elusive temperature control.

My stay was convenient, with a fridge for my snacks and drinks. The breathtaking mountains were easy to see from the hotel. Visiting the nearby estate is a must. The room had everything I needed and a comfy bed. The hotel offered great deals for a fun trip. Remembered to laugh at the comedy show! A pleasant escape with beautiful gardens, I felt at home here. Another adventure awaits through the hotel network. Cheers to more discoveries!

I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides an ideal venue for team meetings and business seminars. The meeting room was well-equipped and conducive for a productive gathering. The free shuttle service was convenient for getting around Asheville.
The one service I missed for my work was a business center with printing and faxing facilities.

Convenient downtown shuttle and modern amenities outweigh high prices at convenience store. Enjoyed spacious, clean room and friendly staff. Mattress too soft for my liking, but breakfast options were plentiful. a comfortable stay with easy access to Asheville attractions.

The staff was mind-blowing, super friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The room was jaw-droppingly spacious and clean, and the breakfast had an amazing array of options. The late check out option was great, although we left early due to a few minor room issues. The location was convenient, with a free shuttle service to downtown, and the on-site car park made parking easy. The fitness centre and indoor swimming pool were fantastic amenities, and the massage service was a pleasant surprise. The laundry service was convenient, and the flat-screen TV in the room made for great entertainment. The lift made it easy to access our floor, and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room added to the convenience. The business centre was useful, and the proximity to bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and CVS was a definite plus. our stay was excellent, with wheelchair access, pet-friendly options, and a comfortable air-conditioned room. No smoking on site ensured a pleasant environment.
